William “Bill” Pacheco entered the financial services industry 15 years ago. With a strong commitment to professional development, Bill holds both Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. His experience also extends to the insurance sector, as he is licensed in life, long-term care, and disability insurance.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill is deeply involved in his local community. Bill had served on Folsom Lake Rotary's board for nearly a decade, with a noteworthy tenure as the President from 2014 -2015. He currently serves on the Folsom Lake Rotary Foundation Board.
Additionally, since 2018, Bill has been an active member of the Terranova Counseling board, contributing his skills and time to support the organization's vital mission.
Bill resides in Folsom with his wife, Dreama, where they have nurtured a loving family environment for their three children. Bill’s dedication to both financial services and community services is reflected in his commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

Raised in the picturesque landscapes of Northern California, Rebecca has always had a deep connection with nature and the outdoors. Outside of her professional life, Rebecca is a devoted parent to three wonderful boys. They cherish their time together as a family, often exploring the natural beauty of Northern California. Whether it's hiking through the rugged trails of the Sierra Nevada mountains, camping by the serene lakes of Yosemite, or simply enjoying the coastline along the Pacific Ocean, Rebecca and her boys find joy and relaxation in the great outdoors.
